+ I haven’t received my confirmation email. What should I do?

+ I Have a discount code but i want to apply it to more than one ticket in a single transaction. How do i do this?

To apply the same discount code on more than 1 ticket (in a single transaction) please email us at [info@urgentcareconference.co.uk] specifying how many of each ticket you wish to book and we will send you a personalised discount code.

+ How do I include the name and details of multiple people on one booking?

Please add each ticket to your basket individually. This will allow you to give us the names of those attending with you.

+ How do I book my ticket if my employer needs to pay by invoice?

We can only issue invoices for 3 or more tickets. Please email [info@urgentcareconference.co.uk] to request an invoice. All requests for invoices must be received by Friday 26th July 2024. All invoices must be paid in full by the date on the invoice. Any invoices not paid by the date on the invoice will be issued with a credit note and the ticket allocation will be released to the general sale. The conference is expected to sell out again in 2024 and therefore we cannot reserve tickets past the date on the invoice.

You will need to provide the following:

  • The number of delegates with their names and dates to be attended.
  • Contact details for the employer paying, including business/trust name and address, email address for finance contact and PO number if required.

+ Is lunch included?

Of course! Refreshments and a light lunch is included each day. Delegates should inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking and no later than 2nd August 2024. Any dietary requirements received after this date may not be able to be accomodated.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference team.

Cancellations made by 2nd August 2024 will result in a full refund less GBP 30 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds will be given.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 9th August 2024 without incurring any cost penalty. The registration team must be advised in writing (via email [info@urgentcareconference.co.uk] ) of any alterations or transfers. Anyone without a valid ticket will be denied entry to the conference.

+ Is there parking on site?

There is ample free parking at the venue and additional street parking nearby if required.

+ Will I receive a certificate?

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance by email after the conference.

+ Will I receive handouts from each session?

If the speaker has given permission for resources to be sent out before or after the session then these will be sent to delegates via email.

+ What are the timings for each day?

Registration 8.30-9.00am Finish 5.00pm (Day 1) Finish 4.30pm (Day 2)

There will be breaks throughout the day. The session timings are still to be confirmed with our speakers and delegates will be updated before the conference.

+ How many cpd points is the conference worth?

Each day of the conference is worth 6 CPD hours, the equivalent of 6 CPD points. Therefore delegates attending the full conference will achieve 12 CPD hours.

+ TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Urgent Care Conference reserves the right to change the programme or speakers without notice. All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Conference team.

Cancellations made by 2nd August 2023 will result in a full refund less GBP 30 to cover administration costs. After this date, no refunds may be given. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 9th August 2022 without incurring any cost penalty. The registration team must be advised in writing (via email [info@urgentcareconference.co.uk]) of any alterations or transfers. Anyone without a valid ticket will be denied entry to the conference and any attempt to split a two-day ticket between two people or any attempt to transfer a ticket after the above deadline will result in the ticket being voided and acess to the conference will be denied.
